im just posting some pics of my vl i just got it on the road after 18 months of working on and off of it.
as alot of people here would have seen this before just thought id post it for newer people....
this is also my daily work car.note i will put up all before pics with both setups ive had running in it aswell
vl calais
factory lw5 turbo shell
factory burgandy/champaign paint
factory red trim series 1 style
now full in and out black/silver
trim has been refurbished a bit as it was faded
lowered on king rears
short throw shocks
nolthanes thru whole car
n/a 6 cyl
5 speed conversion
momo steering wheel
vx gts 19s or vy senator sigs
car had serious drive line before hand including
reco head
wade 818b camshaft
microtech
gtr injectors
front facing plenum
xf throttle
cooler
hi mount
hi flow
car made 196 rwkw with 600nm of tourqe on 10psi and auto
i then changed it to an injected 304 and t5
and npow sits as a n/a6cyl and 5 speed for fuel economy and cheaper rego/insurance and easier insurance.....
future mods will be standard turbo conversion hopefully in my christmas holidays
