Dont you hate when you wake up in the morning....Just to find that one of your best mates died in a car accident?

Woke up this morning. Jumped on the computer, just to find out exactly that...

Was my birthday yesterday aswell...Dont know the full details yet, but if it was last nght, my bdays arent going to be good anymore...However my day today wont be very good either!

A MAN has died in hospital following an accident in Hertford St, Sebastopol last night.
Police say a Holden Commodore sedan with four occupants collided with two parked cars and a tree near Spencer Street at about 10.40pm.

They say a 28-year-old driver from Magpie fled the scene but later handed himself into police where a breath test was conducted which returned a reading of 0.092.

The driver is expected to be charged with a number of traffic offences.

All three passengers were injured and taken to Ballarat Base Hospital. A Ross Creek man in his 20s has a suspected broken pelvis, a second male also in his 20s is being treated for undetermined non life threatening injuries.

The third male passenger, a 19-year-old man from Ross Creek died in hospital just before 2am this morning.

Hertford St has been closed to traffic due to the accident.
